gym: cardio + weights
snack: lara bar
lunch: quinoa + soy sauce + carrots + green beans + broccoli
I think I’m going to do a daily “tea cleanse” (i.e. green tea in the morning, packed for lunch, then a detox tea in the afternoon) to see if it helps any of my stomach issues or bloating. I’d love to invest in one of the nicer programs (your tiny tea, etc.) but I don’t want to fork out the money if I’m not going to get results.
So this will be an interesting test. I’m also planning on a week-long detox (basically eating vegan, no coffee, gluten-free) to restart my system. I’ve just felt like complete crap lately with no energy.
